Patients on long term medication can order prescriptions in the following ways:
- Telephone the prescription line on 01706 261886 between 09:30 to 11:30 and 14:00 to 16:30
- By hand/post by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception. If you enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.
- Alternatively you can order your repeat prescription online by simply following the link at the top of this page and carrying out the simple registration.
Prescription ready next day in 24 working hours.
These are prescriptions that are not on repeat. If you need to order an item that is not on repeat, the receptionists can put them on a query sheet. It is your responsibility to ring the next day to see if the GP has approved the request.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
